wash your face for 20 sec 

after wash daily 

massage gently the under eye area and temple  

1. wash with warm water, pat dry (remove make-up before if needed.
2. exfoliate your face as follows

• apply a thin layer of the peel on the desired section ,with a light spread ,leave it on for several seconds and start exfoliating in circular gentle motions.
• use a non-alcohol baby wipe or wet cotton ball to clean the face and neck ,wash with cold water to help minimize the pores.
• pat dry and apply moisturizer to close the pores .

eye serum -2 times a week AM or before a special event

• Apply a thin layer with the ring finger under the eye .(stay on the bone) and stimulate the area from in to out ,you may also apply the serum under the eyebrow to open the eye 
• avoid the Eyelid area .
• leftovers can be applied on lines around the mouth.

1. Stir the thermal mask very well, apply a thin layer on desired areas on face and neck.
2. apply the face serum on 2 fingers and massage your face ,rest for 10 minutes.
3. remove the mask with wet cotton ball or baby wipe from bottom---->up and than wash the face ,pat dry.
4. after 2 min apply the special moisturizer
